Language

The official Symposium language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided during the lectures.

Liability & Insurance

The Organisers will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the Symposium. Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.

List of Participants

To facilitate networking, the list of participants will be included in the book of abstracts. This list will only be provided to registered attendees and will not be distributed outside the conference.

Pictures & Video Waiver

During the event, pictures and video footage might be taken by the organisers for future promotional use. By visiting the conference, you agree that these images may be used without your further approval and that you waive derived rights. Please note that taking pictures of the presentations shown on screen is strictly forbidden.
